This May, I’m beginning something that feels less like a goal and more like a calling.
Between May and November 2026, I will run 600 miles in support of The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee, a place dedicated to the rescue, recovery, and lifelong care of elephants who have endured captivity, hardship, and displacement.
Each mile is a small act of devotion. Each step is a reminder that healing takes time, space, and protection.
This is more than a physical challenge. It’s a commitment to endurance, to compassion, and to protecting the quiet, powerful lives of beings who cannot advocate for themselves.
